Sometimes you need to get away from the office for a day - or maybe just a few hours - to gather the group, focus your thoughts and talk. Welcome to our home!
In the Greenhouse, in our quiet courtyard, you can conference without anyone disturbing you. You are the only guests so you have both the Greenhouse and the courtyard all to yourself. All food and coffee is prepared just for you. Combine the conference with accommodation, round off with a dinner or book a meeting during the day.
The greenhouse is open for groups of up to 12 people all year round.

Our conference packages
Half-day conference
In the half-day conference, you have access to the Greenhouse at 9 - 13 or 13 - 17, whichever suits you best. If you choose the morning conference, we serve coffee and breakfast rolls when you arrive, and in the afternoon conference we serve coffee with freshly baked cinnamon buns and other homemade coffee bread. You can also order lunch, which is also served in the Greenhouse.
Price: 600 SEK/person
ex. VAT. However, minimum 4 800 SEK ex. VAT.
Lunch: From 225 SEK per person excl. VAT.
Full day conference
In our full-day conference, you have access to the Greenhouse from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the day, we serve morning coffee and breakfast rolls, lunch and afternoon coffee with freshly baked buns and other home-baked pastries.
Price: from 1125 SEK/person including lunch
ex VAT. However, a minimum of SEK 9 000 ex VAT.
Hiking conference with outdoor cooking
What says that a meeting must be held indoors? That discussions must be held around a conference table? Combine activity, nature experience and creativity and hold your meeting on the hiking trail.
At our hiking conference, you let the conversation flow while you experience the beautiful nature of Bogesund Nature Reserve together. After a couple of hours of hiking, you will arrive at the shelter where we will meet you and prepare your lunch over a fire. Choose whether you want to hike back or get a boat ride back to Vaxholm.
Tip! Combine with an "after walk" in the Greenhouse when we also cook simple snacks on the grill.

Equipment and
other practicalities
Since the conference room is a greenhouse, the technical conditions are different compared to a regular meeting room. Instead of whiteboards, we have self-adhesive flipchart sheets that you attach directly to the panes and instead of a projector and screen, there is a larger TV screen where you can connect to show images. The Greenhouse also has table-sized flipcharts, large and small post-its, notebooks and pens. And wifi, of course. If you need anything else, let us know in advance and we will do our best to arrange it.
